Mixed-Use & Commercial
One of the largest mixed-use developments in Loudoun County continues to evolve.
- 326 residential units (developed by Pulte Homes)
- 1MM SF of office
- 130,000 SF of retail
- 150-room hotel
The community is home to a mix of uses, including the flagship tenant, Stryker Inc., a global medical device company that focuses on designing, developing and commercializing innovative complex spine and minimally invasive spine technologies and techniques.
In addition, Keane partnered with Trammell Crow, a leading commercial real estate developer, to develop the Leesburg-based world headquarters for K2M (now Stryker Inc.), featuring 146,000 SF of rentable space in two buildings, a 60,000 SF office building and an 86,000 SF production facility housing R&D, assembly and shipping.
The shell buildings were delivered in late 2015 and K2M (now Stryker Inc.) took occupancy in 2016. The project featured several complex challenges, including a rezoning, compressed schedule and public incentives. It was awarded NAIOP’s Award of Excellence for Best Lease Transaction of 2015 in Northern Virginia.
In addition to Stryker Inc., one of the largest and fastest-growing employers in Leesburg, Oaklawn is home to EIT, a provider of manufacturing support in a variety of markets, popular eateries Chick-fil-A, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Guys and Sonic, a Flagship Carwash, and more.
Oaklawn is served by Leesburg Executive Airport and Dulles International Airport and features direct access from westbound Dulles Greenway.
