My relationship with Keane Enterprises, and Brian Cullen specifically, goes back too many years to count. The Freeman Family has had the benefit of having Brian sit on the Carl M. Freeman Board for the last 15 years. His understanding of entitlements, placemaking, and his grasp of multifamily, retail and community creation has brought so much to our company.
